Battery Installation Procedure
1. New Battery Acid Sp Cr is 1.250 and the battery
Voltage more than 12.30 V.
2. Measure the Sp Gr with a hydrometer, and check the voltage with
A battery tester or voltmeter.
3. If the acid level falls below the Upper / high / max Level, top up
With pure or deionized water(Never Use Acid )
4. Boost charge must be done once acid Sp Gr is lower than 1.200.
The full charge specification for battery sulphuric acid Sp Gr Is 1.250.
5. Ensure Load Test Result not less than 10.21 V.
